Why we built it
Small businesses, freelancers, landlords, contractors, and individuals repeatedly need well-formatted documents — a service agreement, a lease, an invoice, a power of attorney. Blank pages take too long, and generic word processors do not know what fields a particular document actually needs. Easy Docs sits in between: a curated catalog of templates that already knows the fields, so you fill in only what your document requires and leave with a polished PDF or Word file.
Who Easy Docs is for
Small business owners, freelancers, landlords, contractors, and individuals in the United States who need a formatted, editable document without starting from a blank page. Templates that are state-specific are gated to the applicable states inside the app.
How Easy Docs works

- Answer only the fields the template needs — progress autosaves as you type.
- Export a polished PDF or Microsoft Word (DOCX) file.
Where we operate and where documents live
Easy Docs is operated by LUX ARG LLC. User accounts, saved answers, and generated documents are stored in private infrastructure. Documents are never used to train models, are never shared with third parties for advertising, and are only ever visible to the account that created them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
